Marky launched a landscaping business in Hawai'i. Business was good... but it meant long 12-hour days. Nonstop calls, income at its highest. But behind the scenes, the books were falling apart. Late invoices, untracked payments, and zero idea what tax season would bring.

Temari decided to learn the bookkeeping herself. We paid for top-notch training, coaching, and certifications. She cleaned up the books for the landscaping business and built systems and organized QuickBooks.

What We Do For You

We help clients clean up messy books, face financial "skeletons in the closet," and uncover the truth in their numbers so they can be tax-ready, apply for loans, or scale their business with confidence.

How We Support Clients

Weekly Categorization

We categorize your transactions weekly so nothing falls behind. We'll email you once a week if we have any questions about transactions or activity in your QuickBooks Online or bank accounts.

Monthly Reconciliations

We verify every bank and credit card account in QuickBooks to make sure everything matches and nothing is missed.

Monthly Financial Clarity

The previous month's books are closed and your Profit & Loss is delivered within 5 to 10 days of the new month so you always know where your business stands.

We can also fully track Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (A/P and A/R) for an additional fee. We strictly work with QuickBooks Online.

What we don't do: We don't do taxes, payroll, GE tax, etc., but we do partner with CPAs when needed. We handle all the bookkeeping work your CPA or tax preparer would need in order to file your taxes smoothly.
